Our foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures in North America, Germany, Switzerland, North Europe, China, Japan, India and Russia support our internal Sales Team and our Runoff and Service Department, offering First Class support to our customers throughout the entire lifetime of the equipment.
Foreign sales engineers in the main markets are in daily contact with our sales managers and project engineers in Italy.
Foreign application engineers work closely with our Italian personnel. They come to Italy to prepare the machines for the runoff and execute the equipment acceptance.
After the machine shipment, they perform the installation and the duplicate runoff at the customer’s site. They also provide a complete customer training in German, Swedish, English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese or Hindi and follow the warranty service and machine maintenance.
All our engineers and partners have been trained to support our customers with every need, including machining cycles, part programs and tooling for new part integration.
Through local agents we support every other market. Even during the worst period of the Covid-19 disease we succeded in installing and servicing our machines through our local engineers.
Buffoli Transfer
Buffoli Transfer is the main company of the group. Since 1958, it is a worldwide leader in the production of turnkey high performance and high precision machine tools: CNC transfer machines (rotary and linear), multi-centers and flexible manufacturing cells (FMC/FMS), multi-spindle lathes and mill-turn machines (from bar, coil, castings and forgings) and special purpose machines.
Buffoli Meccanismi
Buffoli Meccanismi designs and manufactures bar loaders, part palletizing systems and machine tool accessories. It also provides rebuilding and after-warranty services, including on-site programmed maintenance.
INTERMACH SERVICE
InterMach Service is a division of Buffoli Industries aimed at offering a variety of services; including on-site assistance, maintenance, revamping, rebuilding or retrofitting of any type of machine tool with a variety of Numerical Controls. Different machines can be renovated, robotized, linked in a line and interconnected with the company ERP, according to the most advanced Industry 4.0 standards.

Advanced Robotics was born as development of the Automation and Robotics department of the Buffoli Industries group, integrating partners, managers and professionals with strong experience in the field of robotics.

Buffoli Automazioni, founded in 1952 as a research and development company, today owns part of the group's properties, the electronic know-how and the shares of the operating companies Electro Engineering and 3D Evolve. It is mainly dedicated to Industry 4.0 applications and robotic applications through the direct coordination of Dr. Eng. Edoardo Buffoli.

3D Evolve designs and installs turnkey machinery and processes for 3D printing.
It also provides engineering, consultancy and training for robotized automation and 3D printing and offers 3D scanning and printing services in any material and batches.
