The Asian markets are served by joint ventures and partners, which are part of the Buffoli group, offering professional sale and service through skilled personnel.
Their personnel are constantly trained in Italy and offer first class assistance to our customers for the whole life of the equipment. Our team meticulously prepare the equipment for the runoff in Italy, follow the equipment acceptance, install the machine and the automation in Asia, execute the duplicate runoff and provide a complete training in English, Japanese or Chinese.
After that, our service and maintenance team supports our customers for any need, including machining cycles, part programs and tooling for new part integration.
